Dr. Gayle Allen is the curator of the podcast Curious Minds. She lives to connect like-minded people to one another and to resources that support their dreams, and she thrives on translating research into practice. When she’s not interviewing guests or reading their books, she can be found working with global leadership teams and their employees to help them do their best work.

Dr. Allen is the author of The New Pillars of Modern Teaching and was the Chief Learning Officer & Director of BrightBytes. She earned her MBA in Global Innovation & Leadership from MIT and her Ed.D. from Teachers College, Columbia University. She also served as the executive director of two adult learning institutes. Gayle’s writing has been featured in MindShift, Edsurge, Edutopia, and Educational Leadership.
