Using Enneagram to Better Understand & Motivate your Staff

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
The self-awareness (Social Intelligence) of each member of a team dramatically influences how well the team works together. The Enneagram is a powerful tool that can help faculties and school teams better understand themselves, and each other, and learn how each member functions within the system. This presentation will help you discover your own Enneagram type (the way you approach and perceive the world) and it will give you an understanding of what motivates behaviors and choices which can lead to stronger, more effective staffs.
